Eating right....?

Trying to eat healthier. I pretty much eat well already, but trying to do even more. I've been toying with going off grains. I already eat Ezekiel 4:9 bread and only drink water. I'm trying to stay away from processed foods, but I know I have a long way to go still. Here's my lunch for today:

Chicken breast, carrots and sliced cucumber. Today is my rest day from working out. And yes, I'll be hungry soon...real soon!

I found a good blog at Mark's Daily Apple  with lots of Paleo info. Subscribed to the blog and got quite a few freebies...workouts, info, recipes.
